Patient dental records are required to be digital by 2015.  Electronic health records (EHR) will include patients' laboratory tests, medical, pharmacy, vision, dental, and other clinical information. Our method of documentation and information gathering will need to evolve. Patti’s clinical process is different from Teresa’s administrative purpose.
